/shop (eCommerce) or /my (customer portal for orders, invoices and tickets). Portal logins persist in the app, checkout works with Odoo's payment providers, and invoice PDFs need a converter that downloads files with the user's session. Staff should use Odoo's own mobile app for the back office.- Shop app

Customer app vs staff app
Odoo's back-office (/web) is for employees and already has an official mobile app. A converted app is for customers: shopping, orders, invoices, tickets, appointments.

Logins
Portal users sign in with email and password; sessions persist in the app. If you enabled OAuth sign-in with Google, it won't work inside the WebView — keep password login available.
Invoices and documents
Portal invoices download as PDFs behind a login. The converter must pass session cookies to the download — test it. See share & downloads.
Checkout
Odoo's payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen and others) work; test redirects and 3-D Secure inside the app.
